PassMan-C4 - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are applicable to buy a user license for PassMan-C4 application on passman-c4.net.
Conditions below specify and clarify rights and duties of the seller (Jan Kuzelka, Prague 10, Czech Republic) and purchaser (customer).

All orders made on passman-c4.net are binding.
By sending a new order the purchaser confirms a reading of these terms and conditions and agrees with them.
By filling out the registration form on passman-c4.net the purchaser gives an agreement to the seller with processing and collecting of purchaser's personal data.

For every new order is calculated a discount of total cost from the number of ordered licenses.
Eventually another discounts is possible to negotiate with the seller.

An invoice is sent by eletronic mail to the purchaser's valid e-mail. Due date of the invoice is 15 days.
The seller accepts only payments in advance via bank transfer or PayPal payment system.
The invoice contains all necessary information about payment like: seller's bank account number, seller's international bank account number and a variable symbol which identifies the order.
Order overpayments aren't sent back to the purchaser and also they aren't holt for next orders.
Financial resources received in basis of "wrong" purchaser's payment is possible to send back upon the agreement between the purchaser and the seller.

Property right of the user license for PassMan-C4 passes to the purchaser after the license payment.
Purchased licenses are delivered in a form of license codes which are possible to get in a user part of passman-c4.net or through the electronic mail.
Access to the user part of passman-c4.net for license code generating is allowed up to 5 calendary days since the order's payment date.

A sale of user licenses for PassMan-C4 application is not on passman-c4.net in accordance with paragraph 53 of the Czech Civil code about the right for purchaser's contract avoidance up to 14 days since the payment was made.
User license for PassMan-C4 is not possible to return.
User license for PassMan-C4 received by the purchaser from the seller on the basis of "wrong" input (install code) is not possible to claim.
The purchaser has a chance to use a free trial version of PassMan-C4 application before he made an order.
The full version of PassMan-C4 is not possible to claim.

All personal data provided by the purchaser are private.
Seller has the right to archive the purchaser's personal data for commercial purposes only with the purchaser's agreement.
Seller is bound to proceed an order and after order payment is bound to enable ordered license codes to the purchaser through the user part of passman-c4.net or through the electronic mail.
Seller has the right to cancel purchaser's order if the order wasn't paid to it's due date.
If the purchaser requests to deregister, seller is bound to do it.

Purchaser is bound to input a valid contact information on order.
Purchaser is bound to paid the price marked on order up to order's due date. The total price of licenses is known before the purchaser's order is sent to the seller.
Purchaser may cancel the order before order's due date expiration only in case the order is not already paid.
Purchaser has the right to get ordered license codes either through the user part of passman-c4.net or through the electronic mail after the order's payment is done.
Purchaser has the right to deregister and to delete his personal data from database if the purchaser requests it. Seller guarantees to the purchaser a deletion of all his personal data, except these ones are required to hold the purchaser's payment history.

User license for PassMan-C4 is assign to the purchaser whereon the invoice is made. That license is nonassignable and further unsalable.
Agreement of purchaser with these terms and conditions is the necessary condition to make an order of the user license for PassMan-C4 application.
